I am not 100% confident that the issue is fixed and may come back.I requested acourtesy car but was only provided a complimentary taxi to ride me into work with no plan to pick me up. I had to pay for a taxi to get me back to BMW to pick up my car.

clearly a software update was performed. I was not informed of this and discovered that it had been done because door lock settings. rear view camera settings were different and all my single press telephone numbers had disappeared. No oil change!

Many many reasons. Fitted genuine parts, gave me it back unsafe damaging both front strut top mounts, which even I knew. Told Fairbairns, told me it was fine, then changed their mind next day agreeing with me. Gave me car back, alloy wheel kerbed!
