The summer tyre change over identified 2 tyres that needed replacing. This ought to have been identified when the tyre set were being changed at the start of the winter and not whilst on a ramp giving me no time to consider my options.

No real follow up after purchase. Also following the first service there was not an oil change- just a check on the level. There were also some minor marks on the car in the location of the work done which were fixed when I alerted the staff.

There is moisture in the rear lights. The service advisor refused to leave his desk and walk 20 yards to view the car. He insisted that he had to make an appointment for me to return 3 weeks later so someone could inspect the problem. A waste of time

Courtesy car went into fuel reserve as soon I drove out of complex, 2nd time this has happened. Although passing its first MOT and no sensors indicating significant wear I was advised I needed new front discs and pads at a cost of £760.

The only unsatisfactory part was the delivery of the car. It was a new car priced over £ 40K but was delivered in the dark in the rain in the customer car park. Really? When I bought my Lexus Rx 450 h, they made the delivery so very very personal.
