Because the problem with the rattle in the boot is still there.
Generally very satisfied but did ask to check gear change but no feedback received on last visit, however, very polite and informative.

Simple to get suitable date including keeping the vehicle for extra days when I needed to be away from home for a few days. Welcomed to the Service area and offered coffee etc. Led through process, kept in touch and finally got report.
Process of repair was smooth and communication was good. As a secondary issue I asked for some advice on dealing with scratches on instrument cluster. I showed the engineer and was told someone would contact me - no response was received.

Vehicle came back after service as new.
The tyre pressures were not checked or if they were the equipment was faulty as a warning came up about them.

Andy Henderson, the representative at Harry Fairbairn was exceptional. He dealt with all of my queries via e-mail whilst I was on holiday in Spain, keeping me fully aware on the status of my car. Andy is a credit to the establishment.

Have used Harry Fairbairn for a number of years for servicing/repairs never had any major problems and anything we have not been happy about has been dealt with to our satisfaction.
Service was expensive for minimal work. On receiving the car, the day after my tyre pressure warning came on. Additionally a fault is now present in the boot sensor which is causing it to believe the boot is open - not there before the service.
Work completed as arranged. Kept informed of progress. Car cleaned inside and out... appreciated that.
Car was supposed to be taken on a long test drive it only moved 2.6miles
The video which was sent differed from the comments I received verbally, on status of my MOT, which was frustrating at the time. However when I called to clarify, I was told the information on the video was incorrect.
My tyre pressure was a little low and the light was on and i thought they would have put a little air in, it doesn't cost anything. I also had to ask for a lift home because I wasn't going to wait two hours until my car was ready.
Outstanding lost pressure in my new tyre drove in without an appointment was taken care of from start to finish

Waiting appointment for a service took 3 hours with no indication of times prior! Then left with what I believed no issues, driving out garage warning lights came on & BMW didnt want to know unless I was paying to fix their errors!

We were given a time to bring the car for service but then told that they werent sure what time it would be taken into the garage at. We did get a message when it was ready to be collected which was helpful
My issues were dealt with eventually but did cause some considerable problems to me in the interim.
Its feels a bit wrong to enjoy and look forward to a BMW car service at Harry Fairbairn. The coffee, the biscuits, the excellent service, the polite reminder calls, and alas its all over when youre walked to your shiny clean and beautiful BMW.

David at service reception desk was very helpful , both polite ,friendly and courteous however car was returned with fault NOT fixed and was still evident when I drove out of gate at BMW entrance although had been told thought fault had been resolved
It would have been preferable to contact me by telephone when car was ready for collection instead of specifying a time. As a result I had to wait for half an hour to collect car - staff did apologise.

I was waiting for a 4 wheel alignment check, I wasnt given any report of before / after wheel status to see which ones were out of alignment I had chosen Harry Fairbairn branch over cheaper companies because I thought they would be most thorough
Efficient and prompt service
Took one hour to carry out an MOT retest - the only item to be checked was a new front tyre. I arranged to wait for the car but they didnt show any urgency in doing the job.

The car was having the boot lock changed under warranty. It took a week from reporting it to getting the part in and fitted. I think that is good service
The driver who picked up my car was polite, well dressed, and knew his job well. When the car was returned he went through the work undertaken.
