My service appointment required the replacement of the front windscreen of my 3 Series 330i. The advisor explained that the genuine BMW windscreen replacement would be restored by a specialist Dealership team. A knowledgeable staff member.
The breakdown was a suspension spring failure which is surprising considering the age and mileage on the vehicle however HF received the vehicle on the Monday from the recovery tech and had the car ready by Wednesday keeping me informed all the way.
