I had a warranty issue that Harry Fairbairn were able to resolve within the day, getting the car booked in 30mins after I called and having it back to me by close of business that day. This is despite me having purchased the car from Park Lane.

After an initial mix up over the time the vehicle was booked into the workshop to fit a tracker a courtesy car was provided and servicing staff couldn't be more helpful. Been back in since and very efficiently dealt with.

The Service Advisor was attentive, kept me updated on when my car would be ready to collect and the whole process was seamless.
The car was delayed due to covid but I also had to delay delivery this was very well managed again no pressure nor stress. Peter was very accommodating. Reception staff were very welcoming and the BMW genius was very helpful and encouraging.
Vehicle option where explained clearly, test drive was comfortable, Peter helped us select the right car.
