Clear explanation of what was happening, great updates throughout, and clear handover to a perfect vehicle when I picked it up.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. I waited for my service and MOT work to be done and it is a nice space, well served for tea/coffee etc. and place to carry out work/study.
I had to wait for approximately 20 minutes to book my car in for the service. Also I felt I was being upsold a new tyre early as one tyre had approx 3.4 mm left on the tread and I was recommend to change it for a new one which they would fit.
Good overall service and products
Collecting the car took 20 mins as they insisted on me speaking to reception, reception getting hold of my service advisor, getting the car brought round, waiting for my service advisor (again) and then paying bill. It all seemed overly complicated.
Everything was completed in a timely manner.
Staff are attentive, well organised and professional. The only criticism is that there is often a considerable wait when either dropping a car off or collecting car.
They make it a pleasure purchasing a car from them.

Fantastic staff who are all friendly but professional , from the person that takes your phone call right through to the service advisors , technicians and management , at Harry Fairbairn Giffnock. All work on my car was done to the highest standard.
I felt the price of the oil service and microfilter was excessive. The service also found another few faults in my car and quoted exorbitant prices for these which I declined.
Friendly and efficient service. Tyres not as cheap as black circles but I trust Harry Fairbairn to make a better job of fitting the run flats. Also the valet was much appreciated.

On collecting my vehicle from Harry Fairbairn on Friday 13th September 2019, no apology received. Was told that it was a fuel leak. No feedback on my concerns that my BMW 730 had to be dragged by its new tyres off the road wheel locked. Continues..
Not quick response Pricing issues
Didn't notice fault with bonnet, fixed it when it was brought to their attention.

Everything accomplished in one visit
Clear pricing policy told me beforehand how much the service would be. It is expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for these days
Broken internal boot floor lid catch was not addressed at recent service and despite a promise to address that minor problem I have hod no contact from the service department.

Car ready approx 5 hours later than initially advised; video of inspection was not emailed (but was recorded on the service notes); despite being told car would be washed and wells vacuumed, this was not done.

Service cost suggest was £209 yet was actually £592; both inc MOT. Car returned unwashed. Service readout not explained.

Following the initial check I was informed parts were required which were not in stock, a replacement vehicle which was almost new and highly desirable was supplied for the duration of the repair.
The staff at the centre genuinely cared that everything during the buying experience was right for me and couldn't have done any more to make me a satisfied customer.
Involved in every step and kept up to date on the build progress. Sales consultant went the extra mile and the experience was overall amazing.

This is the third car I've bought from this BMW centre.
Purchase process went relatively smoothly, handover feel the preparation of the car could have been much better, the inside in particular. Also felt too much emphasis was placed on the technology, simple things like opening the bonnet not mentioned
