we were booked in for mot and service at very short notice over holiday weekend. great communication on the day as regards progress, issues and collection.
The wash at the end of the service could have been better.

Ordered parts over the phone and was called when they arrived. Decided I wanted to order something additional when I came in to collect and it was there later the same day. Excellent parts department. Dealt with Lee who was very efficient.
All I had to do was drop off the key, when finished I was notified immediately. Great service!

A couple of minor issues but dealt with promptly and professionally
Given the current regulations it is difficult for garages to provide an exclusive feel to the pickup experience, however Harry Fairbairn BMW Giffnock managed to make the day feel special.
In current Covid circumstances the sale and delivery had to be dealt with in a remote manner. Happy with that for health reasons. Sales staff and helpful geniuses were all first class. The car was delivered in a spotless state.
