The service department did a reasonable job in the circumstances mentioned above
Upon arrival at 07.45 on the agreed date the service agent asked if I had been quoted a price, I advised no he then advised including VAT it would be no more than £650.00 for an oil service and a vehicle check, I nearly fell off my seat too expensive

The team were very good, got booked in, collected and returned the car which is very helpful but the car is normally cleaned and I think as it was Xmas eve and it was all a bit rushed. There was an attempt to wash it which actually made it look worse
I put the car in for an break fluid service (not covered by the service package I took out surprisingly) and asked them to look at the rear boot window not opening. It was sprayed with silicone and this did not fix it. I have to return next week
The car took longer than expected to be fixed, the car was also meant to be hovered and washed but this didn't happen. Even although I was told this on my personal video, I thought that this was why it was taking so long.
Focussed on my needs, easy to arrange the service and they delivered just as they said they would.
Excellent response to any issues I have had. Only problem was that the service plan which was purchased from the Arnold Clark dealership where I bought the car wasn't honoured despite being told that I could use it in any AC branch. Money refunded

The staff were very good apart from trying to blame potholes for the cracked wheel!
Advised that my drivers windscreen wiper was making contact with the A pillar when on setting 3 - Max removal of water. The issue still remains after collection.

While I'm happy the car is sorted, it wasn't ideal that it had to go back in and have the same replaced part fitted again due to it being faulty.
The experience at the Service Centre was extremely poor. A 5 week old car was not returned to me in the condition left it. There were a number of stains, including oil residue on the new cream leather seats as well as dirt and debris on the carpets.
We will be satisfied once the repair is properly carried out. Please contact us to arrange this.

I am very happy with the service at Harry Fairbairn Glasgow, I have taken both of my BMW's there as well as my partners BMW & all issues have been fixed to a high standard every time. I wouldn't trust any other garage with our cars.

Kept updated from the point of booking in my vehicle for service. Was impressed with all contact, especially the footage of the inspection. Service completed ahead of estimated time, which was appreciated.
The car was only having an MOT and it passed, It was collected from my house and delivered back and the little video link gave me more infrmation.

Really struggled to find out what a service plan covers ended up phoning BMW direct!
The only thing that has taken the shine off the purchase is that the automatic boot isn't working and after 2 failed visits to get it fixed. It's now booked in for a 3rd time this coming Friday so fingers crossed it will be sorted.
