Not as good as other dealerships I've been with before
I have only had the car for 6 months and had a service pack. I did not expect a £500 bill for brakes so soon. The car was barely cleaned on the outside and not cleaned inside
Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful staff. Overpriced and work not done properly.

My service person was excellent. In handing the loan car keys back after emptying the loan car's contents into mine the person that took the keys off me was most unhelpful & rude.

I was told to take the car to the wrong place and when I eventually took it to the correct place the receptionist was not interested in my experience but only wished to tell me that it was not her fault as she is only the receptionist.
On using my car later in the week I was travelling on the motorway and it was a dirty evening I used my windscreen washers and found out that they were empty

I think support post sales should be improved. You have to call couple of times to just get appointment. No reps available. handing over vehicle multiple times to get things done. Let me know if you want to discuss. Don't provided curtsey car.
Returned to collect car , replacement part not fitted properly and cars ambient lighting now fails to dim which was in working order prior to car being dropped off, also being charged for courtesy car especially when car was in for a warranty repair
Had to wait rather a long time but the car seems to be fine.

All was perfect, just seemed extraordinarily expensive.
My car was booked in straight away for repair, I recieved a courtesy car whilst my car was in the workshop, repair was carried out to a very high standard.
matters are not resolved again and i have a feeling of impending disappointment and issues continuing with this car.
Twice in 2 weeks wrong parts were ordered which meant 2 extra trips back to the gargage. First was wrong door lock ordered and 2nd was wrong door weather strip. Sunroof repair not done right first time. Not opening/tilting/colsing when returned.
The service conducted not value for money and I will not take out a service plan again. 'Routine' tasks should have been carried out and were not. Estimated cost of repairs for a failed mot - grossly overpriced. Poor service/communication all round.
Car was picked up and I was asked if I wanted them to check anything. I advised that the washer seemed to be low pressure. Straight away called back and said £162 for them to look at it. Also didn't complete service

Everything was nearly perfect. Due to the delivery delay, they arranged a courtesy car but it was citroen C4 Cactus that took a long time to collect (2 hours),trading a Focus ST for a M140i, not acceptable was swapped for 530D to prevent cancellation

Bit Chaotic. My car was delivered on a Monday but BMW Glasgow did not even realise they had it till the Wednesday after I called both BMW Glasgow and also BMW recovery who had to then call BMW Glasgow. Person who called had no clue what was wrong.
The issue highlighted with the brakes still persists and nothing was done to fix this. It was almost if it was a known issue that BMW aren't caring about. I was given the impression that this was harryfairbairns issue but a Bmw issue.
Efficient as usual, let down by the oil leaking and having to go back. Only 1 star deducted for this though, would give 5 stars if HF came and cleaned my drive of the spilt oil.
The car was taken to yourself instead of our local at Irvine like was asked when being picked up, there in causing me to waste time going to Irvine when my car was at Giffnock. When it was returned to us the keys were posted through the wrong door

Numerous attempts to resolve problems with car, mostly unsuccesfully. When latest problem with car was unable to be replicated by dealer I was charged £156 for diagnostics!
I find Harry Fairbairn the better BMW Dealership in my area. Only reason that it is not a 5 star rating is that there was 0.3 bar difference in the pressure of the two front tyres fitted.

I mentioned squeaky brakes when I booked the service but this was not dealt with.
Again, prompt reply to my enquiry. Have yet to get the car serviced, so will know how they perform at that point.

service itself was good,one small point disappointed me all the preset switches were off, presumably while being valeted, i drove off with no lights on!! Disappointed at huge cost of proposed remedial bodywork to wing. Will look elsewhere for help.
After my service the clock showed 11000 miles until next service. After I'd driven just over 200 miles, it changed to 10000 miles.

The purchase of the car was great but the delivery was not as planned. Agreed to get the car on Monday 4th March (took day off). Was told that day car not delivered, had to wait until Friday 8th to get car after work, left sharply as garage closing
The sales manager, Razwan, provided me with the best customer service I could ever imagine. The reception staff could have provided better service. The two ladies did not show much interest in my arrival to collect my new M2 competition
