I find Harry Fairbairn the better BMW Dealership in my area. Only reason that it is not a 5 star rating is that there was 0.3 bar difference in the pressure of the two front tyres fitted.

The service staff were friendly kept me informed of the service progress
I mentioned squeaky brakes when I booked the service but this was not dealt with.
The reception process should be speeded up.
Again, prompt reply to my enquiry. Have yet to get the car serviced, so will know how they perform at that point.

After my service the clock showed 11000 miles until next service. After I'd driven just over 200 miles, it changed to 10000 miles.
service itself was good,one small point disappointed me all the preset switches were off, presumably while being valeted, i drove off with no lights on!! Disappointed at huge cost of proposed remedial bodywork to wing. Will look elsewhere for help.
I asked at the time of service booking, and at car pickup and phoned the day after to get sent details of my service pack I purchased with the car. Apparently they seem to have a wrong email address and not my current one;firstname.lastname@example.org
I was really surprised that the car wasnt cleaned. It was actually dirtier than it was when I dropped it in. These small things make a difference.
Harry Fairbairn are an excellent dealership to deal with.
Everything was done with no fuss and to the price quoted and the car was returned washed and clean.
My car was collected, brought back and I was kept informed throughout the day what was happening to my car.
Long wait to pick up car which was ready.
Staff were very pleasant and professional.Warranty work was carried out, which is good.I was told the car would be washed...it was not. Not a biggie.The oil service light was showing, but oil not changed despite needing this soon.
Service was efficient, courteous and thorough.

When booking was told it would be a couple of hours. On arrival was told it would be all day. But managed to get the car at lunchtime as I required it to pick up children from school.
Technicians failed to identify the fault in my car which has resulted in it being in Dick Lovett BMW Bristol 400 miles from my home for approximately 3weeks awaiting parts
All perfect except no valet only car wash. Not a huge issue
appreciated the drop off, however i was not told of a possible pick up service & when i got to the garage after 6 i was told i should have been there before 6, they did take the car but i was told the garage opened till 7, frustrating mixed info
Job completed was excellent. Only major complaint was getting my car parked. Far too many non customer non BMW cars rammed in to the parking bays. Very off putting.

Car parking for my vehicle is becoming a problem at this branch. Quite often customers cannot find a space to park including cars all double parked. Its becoming a safety issue in my view. I use the garage regularly.

Part had to be obtained and was not delivered when expected (what I was told0 so car was longer in garage than expected
Winter check - 4 new tyres. Reasonably priced.However waiting area was freezing.
All works which were previously discussed and agreed were carried out sucessfully.

There were some minor issues with the car when collecting it. This was after a mix up with purchasing the car. It gave us a bit of hassle.

Booked in for first service on my new car on Friday 16th andceaited whilst completed, only to be told three hours later they couldnt change a filter because they didnt have one in stock, days they would ring and am still waiting! Wont use again!
Although as yet they can't fix my car everyone at the dealership has been very nice and helpful. They also kept me up to date with progress.
I had to call the garage at the end of the day as I had no updates. Previously was kept up to date but the last time I didnt know if I was getting my car back on the day or not until I called after 5pm having dropped it off a 9am.

David Segal and the team at Harry Fairburn Giffnock are fantastic. From the manager, to reception staff and the tech gurus, they were all great. David Segal was professional, highly responsive and great fun to deal with too!
